| Lammy started his music at the age of 8years as a chior member and he has been performing arround the city in so many live concert as a kid.
lammy father *JOHN* was once a leader of his owm ochestra band called *folly* in their local comminity and his mother *bukky* was aslo a choir member in her early age,with no doubt music and flows runs in his vein.
lammy started his rap-music and songwrtting during his secondary education in ogun-state ,and in 2002 he move to lagos-state to continue with university education but he ended up in studio doing backups and assists artsits in some cases,in these process he has gain so much knowledge in and son writting.
lammy have a dream to become the first ever rap artist to come from africa and hit the global merket like AKON as a singer,after much influence from the like of 2pac,jay-z,ja rule,50 cent,slim shady,dre,bob-marley and many more,
he continue making demo from studios making run arround with his close friend laurence a.k.a zee and he proceed by sending it out of africa to the uk,usa,germany,france,canada e.t.c for record company to critizise and evaluate the songs,eventually he received alot of positive response and follow the advise of some regular people and professional home and abroad.
lammy has been creating buzz by show casing his musics arround u.s.a with the help of mark panero of DMR GLOBAL ENT NY. he was featured in a mixtape in newyork by DJ BOBBY SEALS tittle here comes the rocket laucha vol.1
in 2005 lammy gain addmission in tudelft university of tech. in holland to study *IT* BUT he left that behind in order to pursue his music carrier.
in late 2006 he met joes-gavy a rapper and also over heard RAPEED during some freestlye in the block,he hook the two rappers together with him and form a rap group called G-CLIK Meaning * GHETTO- CONTANT LOVES IN KEEPS* ghetto loves forever.they started working together has a group and also featured in lammy superman album.
lammy write all the songs in the album and most of the track are produced by kaysolo.and also help some acts out in production with his undertanding and writting skills,writting from blues,r n b,rock e.t.c
lammy dreams to be the first rapper to come from africa and hit the main stream continue when he start working with PCM*PAUL COOKE MUSIC* USA and DIAMOND LIFE ENT. |
